The given table illustrates the amount of money in five years projection that will be using for three environmental projects for sustainable forestry, measured in American dollars. Moreover, the pie chart depicts the expenditure which is expected to spend for the first year of the project. It is easily seen that money spending on the projects in West America and Central America will decrease gradually, while much more money will be spent on the project in South-east Asia during this period.
According to the illustrated table, West Africa scheme is forecast to use about 10.5 million dollars in the first year, however, money that spend in this project is predicted to decrease in the three following years and reach 2.5 million dollars in the fourth year. Then it will increase to 3.5 million dollars in the fifth year. Similar to the project in Central America, this project is predicted to spend 20 million dollars in the first year, there will be then a substantially decrease to 5 million dollars in the third year and will be remained stable until the fifth year.
On the other hand, South-east Asia is projected to spend 30 million dollars at the beginning of given period, and will be then decreased and reached 20 million dollars in the second year. After that, the expenditure is predicted to increase to 50 millions in the fourth and fifth years.
From the pie chart, salaries is forecasted to be occupied for the most spending expenditure in the first years with 50% of all expenditure. For training and office expenses, each is predicted to use 10% of the expenditure. The percentage of expenditure for set-up costs will be true with the rest.
In conclusion, despite some fluctuation, West Africa and Central America’s projects will be spent less money during the projected period but the project in South-east Asia will be use more and more money. In addition, salaries is expected to be the highest expenditure breakdown allocation for the first year.
