In overall, there were lots of transformation can be noticed in students attendance for all secondary schools over the periods. However, only Community schools was more famous for pupils’s attendance in the last year.
It can be seen from the information that voluntary Controlled schools were most popular for attending by students at the beginning of the period which accounted at more than a half (52%) between 2000. After this, it started declined at approximately two-fifth in 2005 and a fifth in 2009. On the other hand, community schools accounted for 12% for children attendance during 2000 and experienced a little less than a three-folds rise to nearly a third between 2005. Likewise, the proportion of pupils who attend community schools increases dramatically and reached to peak level at around three-fifths at the end of the year.
The chart further proves that Specialist schools attained a lowest figure of students attendance in the all given periods. In addition to this, it started from 12% and never grow up from one in ten in given time periods. Even though, only 19% pupils of the total percentage went Grammar schools during 2005. Lastly, in 2000, Grammar schools attend by around a quarter students which declined gradually at two times less at 12% between 2009.
