The given table illustrates the survey results of the questionnaire relating to the new theatre in one town of club members and the general public in 2012.
Overall, it can be seen that almost members of the club felt completely satisfactory when rating its facilities, information and qualities. On the contrary, a small percentage of participants ranked these three categories as poor.
As per the table, the vast majority of opinions ranked theatre facilities excellent, at 72%, while 26% were satisfied and only 2% for poor. Regarding theatre information, more than half the proportion of members voted it as excellent, whereas only 16% said It is poor. In addition, a large number of people chose excellent, which was the highest percentage of the three categories, at 88% and 2% ranked to be poor.
In terms of the general public, most of the members were contented and rank it excellent and satisfied at 64% and 24% respectively. Furthermore, there are a lot of differences between excellent opinions and satisfied opinions in term of information, about 66% and 20% respectively. Additionally, the percentage of the theatre goers ranked its quality as excellent at 53% and 2% as they were poor.
