The table shows the Proportions of Pupils Attending Four Secondary School Types Between Between 2000 and 2009.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

The chart below illustrates the margin of students' choice of school types, divided by four school models between 2000 to 2009.

It is clear in the table that the amount of students attended voluntary-controlled schools was the highest at 2000 and 2005, while community schools captured the highest at 2009.

In detail, the number of students applied for voluntary schools was 52% at 2000. However, the following years saw a sharp drop, with a loss of nearly one-third in just 10 years. On the other hand, community schools experienced a significantly contrast trend. From 12% at 2000 to 58% at 2009, the share itself skyrocketed almost 5 times higher.

To the other types of school, both of them saw some minor fluctuations. Schools for specialist always ranked as the least favorable type, with a rate of decrease was 1% every 5 years. The last type of school though, suffered some small loss of attendees, with 19% at 2005 to 12% at 2009, while the percentage at 200 was 24%.
