Denmark, Belgium and Sweden a slight moved up in the coffee selling when it came to comparing with 1999.
The second table depicts the amount of bananas sale of fairtrade-labelled and it is obvious the extreme growth of banana sale in Switzerland around threefold compared with 15 million euros in 1999, reaching 47 million euros in 2004. There was a considerable increase in banana sale in the UK, obtaining from 1 to 5.5 from 1999 to 2004. Belgium, also, enjoyed an upward trend of the sale in 2004, hitting 4 million euros. Sweden and Denmark achieved sales of 1 and 0.9 respectively in 2004, as against 1.8 and 2 million euros respectively in 1999 which was downward.
