Overall, UK schools spent the largest money on teachers’ salaries during three years, the opposite was true for the percentage of insurance.
Looking at the details, 40% of expenditure was spent on teacher salaries in 1981, this figure climbed to 50% in 1992 before dropped to only 45% in 2001. Staring at the lowest proportion of expenditure in 1981, at just 2%, UK school invest more money for insurance during the next time to account for 8% in 2001. In contrast, the figure for other workers’ salaries fell constantly from 28% in 1981 to 15% in 2001.
There is a fluctuation in the expenditures of resources and furniture, equipment. These percentages were both started at 15% in 1981. While resources reach the highest percentage in 1992 with 23%, the furniture and equipment reached a peak at a quarter of expenditure in 2001.
