The transformation in yearly spending by Someland’s local government in 1980, 1990, and 2000 is provided in the pie charts. It can be seen that the higher education expenditure was the highest over the following years, and an increase was seen in environmental services sector, while the K-12 education and other expenses were in contrary.
Starting at 35%, the money spent for higher education showed a fluctuation in 20 years, remained a rise of 5% at the end of period. While the health and human resources spent more money 1990, the expense of transportation decreased on in ten at the same period. However, this contrasted to the next decade the transporting expenditure climbed to 22%, and the health and human resource sector showed a drop of a half.
Though became the least expense recorded in 1980, the environmental services area rose slightly, but still below than 10% in 2000. The K-12 Education spent a quarter of local state’s budget at the beginning, and it fell steadily until remaining 18% 20 years later. A very small percentage was found in other expenditure though still decreased throughout the year
