In each school year, teacher's salaries was the most costly spending with almost half of the annual expenditure. On the contrary, Insurance was the lowest expense in each school year with small rise from 2 percent in 1981 to 8 percent in 2001.
Among the 2 decades furnitures and equipment cost decreased from 15 percent in 1981 to 5 percent in 1991 and rose significantly in the following decade in 2001 with 23 percent of the total expenditure. In contrast, resources and books included 15 percent of the annual spending in 1981 and rose to 20 percent in 1991 with significant decline to 9 percent of the total cost in the following decade in 2001.
