Overall, it is obvious that the school spent the most money on teacher's salaries in all three years. insurance accounted for the smallest and slightly increased over the years. other expenses went up then went down in the next decade.

In all three years, the school paid attention to teacher's salaries, these figures were 40%, 45%, and 50% respectively, annual spending on insurance, other workers' salaries declined over the years. At the beginning of the period, this sector represented 28%, the number had considerably fallen to just over a fifth of the total annual budget in 1991 and kept decreasing to less than a fifth by the end of the course.
