These two maps are a comparison of changes that occurred on an island.
Overall, at the beginning the island was empty. Notwithstanding, the number of tourist facilities has significantly increased over the years.
Firstly, it can be clearly seen that the vast majority of the island was empty. It had only a small beach on its western side and a couple of trees scattered around the island. There were no roads and facilities.
However, over the years, much has changed. On both sides of the island, small accommodation villages have emerged. What is more, footpaths were created which connected bungalows with different facilities. Moreover, the swimming area was created near the beach and it was connected to the accommodation on the left side of the island. In the middle reception and restaurant were constructed. On the south side, the pier was created. Possibly it was made for boats that tourist could rent. Furthermore, all these facilities were connected by a vehicle track. Also important is to mention that all the green areas were not felled. notwithstanding, the east side of the island was still empty and unused.
