Similarly, In 2000, there was a modest fall in percentage by 1%. In 1998 there were only 2% of internet users who were under 15 years and in 1999 it roses by 6%. Finally, In 2000, it reaches 9% by increasing slightly by 1%.
In the mid age 31 to 50 years their were 41% of internet users in 1998. Then, In the following year, it decreases slightly by 2%. At the end of year, it stopped after declining to 37 percent. Whereas, In 1998, 4% of Taiwan people who were more than 50 years were found using internet. Similarly, it increases by double in 1999. Ultimately, the percentage again increased by 2% reaching 10% in 2000.
