I am writing in connection to accommodation arrangements in San Francisco, California. I found your real estate agency name on the Internet. I am looking for a place to stay in San Francisco from 5th June' 21 to 5th July' 21 near downtown.
I am searching for a one bedroom apartment in a gated community, with the essential kitchen equipment such as Gas Stove, Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dish washer etc. As you are aware about the hot summers in California, I would prefer to have air conditioning in the apartment. Moreover, I will be renting a car to commute to the office, so I need a assigned parking space inside the community, preferably near my apartment building. It would be helpful to have in house washer and dryer, instead of having shared machines with the whole building. I will be busy with my assignment most of the time, so I am expecting that community office will handle the maintenance requests, if any. In addition, recreational facilities such as Gym, Swimming pool etc. are not necessary but nice to have in the community.
