The pie charts display the answers of 100 people to a questionnaire regarding the quality of the customer service of a particular hotel. The data reported are taken in 2005 and then in 2010.
Overall, the satisfaction rate has changed significantly over the five years period; while in the first report the majority of the people was just "Satisfied" by the services supplied, in 2010 more than a half of the population rated the service as Good or Excellent.
From the first graph, it is noticeable that a huge proportion of people was unsatisfied, as 21 and 15 per cent of them considered the service as poor and very poor, respectively. However, these percentages had a remarkable decrease in the second questionnaire, with the former that almost halved and the latter that drop by two third of its initial value.
Moving to the satisfiement rate, we can see that only the 19 per cent of the people interviewed were more than satisfied in the first report, with 45 per cent of them who considered the customer service just "Satisfactory". However, in the next analysis it clearly stands out that clients were more happy by their experience. As a matter of fact, while the percentage of "satisfied" customers has more than halved, the toll of individuals who rated the service as Good and Excellent has more then doubled and risen by approximately 5 times.
