The graph and pie chart below give information on in-house training courses in a large financial company.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The two diagrams illustrate the internal training session in a large business company. The first one is a pie chart that represents distribution of yearly training hours and the second one is a horizontal bar graph which signifies the work distribution f the manager and his secretary.
According to the pie chart, only 5 hours in a year is spent on health and safety of the trainees where about 30 hours are spent on technical training. For personal and career development. 10 and 15 hours are allocated yearly.
From the second graph, we can understand who is more important for the company, the manager or the secretary. The secreary is more important for the job (83%) than the manager himself (77%). But in all other context, the manager wins. 50% of the time, the leader is needed for networking with other clients as well as employees. Only a manager can make a decision of changing for a good reason (65% of the time), although the decision making power may lie on the shoulders of the secretary for 62% of the time.
On the other hand a manager may also waste more time (11%) than most employees, specially his assistant (9%).
