The first graph, the percentage of computer ownership without education was the lowest by 58% in 2002. The percentage of computer ownership was slightly grown 80% in 2004. Moreover, computer ownership was rising 68% and 75% between 2006 and 2008. In 2010, computer ownership was the highest percentage of 80%.

The second graph, The percentage of computer ownership by education level in 2010 the highest proportion was a postgraduate by 90%. Moreover, the percentage of computer ownership by education level was college (incomplete) by 80% in 2010. In 2002, a high school graduate by 35% and bachelor's degree by 55%. On the other hand, the lowest percentage of computer ownership by education level was no high school diploma by 15% in 2002

To conclusion, the percentage of both computer ownership without education and the proportion of computer ownership by educating level was rising in 2010.
