The bar chart compares the female unemployment rate in England, Walves, Scotland and Northern Ireland of the United Kingdom for two years.

Overall, the unemployment rate has decreased when compared to that of 2013. However, the amount of jobless people has increased in 2014 only in Scotland.

In 2013, the England and the Scotland had a huge amount of people suffering without job which accounted for 6.8% and 6.1% respectively. After one year, the rate declined to 6.5%, but Scotland faced a gradual increase to 6.7%. While the England experienced a drop by 0.3% and the Scotland’s rate went up by 0.6%.

In contrast, the Walves and the Northern Ireland has lesser number of 5.4% and 5.6% respectively in 2013. These two nations had fewer rates when compared to the England and the Scotland. By 2014, 0.4% was reduced in the Walves and 1.0% has come down in Northern Ireland. Out of all, the Northern Ireland has faced a major reduction in the count of people without job in 2014. In 2013, the England had the highest value for unemployment.
