I am a graphics designer working remotely for my clients in Europe. I bought a laptop from your company six months ago with one year warranty. I work for longer hours at home and frequently use Adobe Photoshop. Recently, with the onset of summers I am getting overheating problems with the device. it was mentioned to me, that the laptop has a heat sink as well as a fan to manage processor temperature efficiently. However, within an hour of working on the computationaly expensive software, the laptop heats to the extent that I cannot continue working on my projects, regardless of the fact that i maintain the room temperature to 20 degrees celsius. I am unable to meet my deadlines and focus on the requirements of my clients, as i get disrupted and my laptop needs a break of 20 minutes to cool down. My delivery of projects ad performance has fallen to a great extent due to this issue.
As mentioned earlier my laptop is in warranty, so I would like you to fix this heating problem at your service shop. Furthermore, if the problem cannot be fixed my laptop may be replaced. I would be thankful if you help me out of this problem.
