The chart and table reveal how satisfied US clients were with airlines and features of air transportation over the years (1999,2000, and 2007).

The bar chart clears to us customers’ satisfaction with the services nation’s airlines are presenting. In 1999, only 65 percent of travelers were pleased by the airline’s treatment which eventually increased reaching 69% the next year then seventy-two percent seven years later. However, at first, the 32 per cent of these clients were unhappy with what the companies are offering as it got lower in 2000, with 29% then the rate hits the percentage of 24 (2007).

Meanwhile, the table informs us how satisfied travelers are with the features they faced. People were happy with the politeness that increased over the years of both flight attendants (from 88% to 92%) and workers responsible for the check-in (went from 87 per to 89 then 88 percent). Also, purchasing tickets can affect a client’s mood where in the first shown year this aspect was not well pleasing to customers forty-five percent, but then it went up reaching 65% in 2007. Not to forget scheduling the flights perfectly as a good feature to cheer them up it actually had the percentage of seventy- five of fulfillment then it slightly grew reaching 79 per in both years (2000 and 2007). Plus, seeking for comfort in seats was not enough to the passengers , its rate leveled 47% in 2007 with no mention in the other shown years.

Overall, it is crystal clear that satisfaction travelers were significantly more than disappointed ones. For the previously mentioned aspects, flight attendants’ treatment was the most pleased part while transporting through planes.
