formal letter in English-speaking friend is coming to study in your town next year and has written asking for information and advice. Write a letter to your friend. In your letter: 1. Offer to find a place for him / her to live. 2. Give advice about how to find a part time job. 3. Give information on where they can learn your language.

Dear Sarah Jones,
I hope the following advice will help you solve some problems when your tertiary education starts in Australia next year.
It might be helpful to your advantage to solve the accommodation problem. It would be great to rent a local family excited to meet and help you adapt to a new environment as soon; otherwise, if you prefer to stay in Hotel or school dormitory, I'll book you a fitting room where you can be more independent.
There are lots of jobs in the city of your choice. You can find a job on official restaurant websites or any company sites, which you want to apply; therefore, there are numerous jobs to work. Moreover, many websites help find a required job according to your specifications, such as Career one, so on; hence, you can easily find a job here. Also, you could manage easier than your studies along with your job.
Next, for language purposes, you don't need to worry about it. There are many language academies and institutions that taught the English language to foreigners. But I would like you to learn English from my teacher (Professor James Anthony). He is a certified IELTS teacher and worked in Western Sydney University, teaching English to foreigners.
I hope these suggestions will be of help to you. Please let me know exactly when you're coming so that I can meet you at the airport. It'll be great to see you again.
Regards,
