Dear Coco,
Sorry to tell you that you cannot stay with me in July during your visit to China from Australia, because I recently decide to apply a working holiday visa to New Zealand. Please accept my sincerely apology.
Due to the reason that I urgently need to improve my spoken English, I will apply the next working holiday visa in June 23. I have to practice my oral English in a English-spoken country, like New Zealand. I guess I will be in New Zealand when you arrive in China.
However, you can live in my house if you travel in China as planed. I will leave my keys in my mailbox. You can still live in my home. Besides, I can inquest a friend of mine to keep you company. He can be helpful with your travel in China. Inconveniences caused are greatly regreted. Please tell me your latest plan, I can make a new arrangement for you.
Yours sincerely
Jim
