Dear Sandy,
Hope you are doing well. It was nice to meet Susan and you, not to forget the kids at Maggie’s house party. As I informed you at the party, Nithya and self are planning for a five day trip to the Blue mountains and we really need your help in taking care of our house for these 5 days. Hope I’m not troubling you too much.
Actually, this trip was quite unplanned and I happened to stumble across a good deal over a stay at the famous “Sunshine Cottages” and thus sprang our plan into action. There are a few things, which I need to prep you about: we have an adorable 2 year old German Shepherd named Schottsky, which means Sweetheart in German. She is quite well behaved and won’t be much of a trouble to you. Our regular maid will take care of all the house hold chores, will wash the kennel and feed the dog in the morning & afternoon as well. All I request from your side is to take Schottsky out for a walk in the morning and evening and take care that she eats her dinner. Also, being summer, she tends to shed some hair, so request you to kindly groom her fur in the evening. The comb is kept on top of her kennel.
Also, one last request is, to please water the rose plants, that Nithya has planted in our lawn. Being summer, they tend to wither out, even, if we don’t water it for a day. You can reach out to me on my personal number and if not reachable, you can contact me at +61-40015001, which is the Cottage number.
Hope I’m not troubling you too much and thanks for your help.
