Dear Mary,
I'm writing to thank you for accepting to look after my dog and house while I'm on vacation. Also, I wanted to leave you my contacts in case of any emergency and the instructions for Julie's medication schedule.
I'll have my mobile phone with me, but if you can't reach me there, I'll be staying at the London Palace Hotel. I wrote all the their contacts and my itinerary information on the message board at the house.
Julie is a very easygoing dog and you shouldn't have any problems with her. She's taking a special medication for a skin condition she developed. You can give it to her every morning with food. I usually take her out for a walk two times a day, once in the morning and other as soon as I get home from work. I always feed her after these walks.
There isn't any work to do in the house, besides getting any correspondence in the mail box and closing all the windows when you leave. I also left you some money for any emergencies in the yellow box that is on the kitchen table.
I can't thank you enough for agreeing to help me with this task. I'm very pleased to know that Julie will have a friendly face to look at while I'm away.
All the best,
Mayara Fonseca
