Dear Mark,
Hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter in order to thank you for looking after my house and pet dog while I am away on a vacation for a few days and to provide some instructions which will make things easier for you while you stay in my house. Let me explain in detail.
Although I will be reachable on my Singapore number in case any urgent matter comes up please call me on +6235748 which will be my local contact in Indonesia. Additionally please take good care of my dog as you need to feed him dog food and milk twice a day moreover you need to also take him outside for a walk in the nearby park in the morning. The dog food is kept in the shelf beside the refrigerator and the milk will be inside the fridge.
Lastly, make sure that you close all the windows of the master and common room as the rainwater comes in which spoils the wooden flooring. Additionally please make sure that you water the plants in my balcony.
I hope you have a pleasant stay at my house and do call me in case you need to clarify anything else.
