Dear John,
I hope you are doing good. I just received your letter and felt delighted after seeing the job offer to work with you in your esteemed company. At the same time, i am sorry to say that i cannot support you any time before the next three months because of the strict notice period i have to serve in the current company.
Recently, i came across an article about Xerox company where i found that you have been successful in expanding in five more countries in the last two years, thereby increasing your employees count as well. Xerox has always been my dream company, and you know how much i have troubled you to refer me there.
Though i am happy about the offer. I am feeling guilty that i will not be joining your company immediately. As i am sure of my will, i will refer my decision to resign from my actual position at Megatek. I will wait for the three months which are obligatory in my contract and i can't wait to join your company.
Once again thanks for offering me a job in your firm, can't wait to meet you soon.
All the best,
Dean
