Dear John,
I am very happy to receive a letter from you after a long time and glad that you give me an opportunity to help you out in your present situation in office meeting. I had similar problem, when I was supposed to give presentation in front of top management after spending just 1 week in the new office.
On my 8th day of the new office, I had to give a report on product sales strategy for next quarter. As I was new in this region, I had no clue about the market scenario. I had only 14 hours to share my report with the top management. I must confess that it was tough day for me.
I called a meeting with my colleagues and asked them to share their knowledge about the recent market. We used the most efficient method called “QC Tool” to sort out all our ideas. Although it seems very easy, we put a lot of efforts on that day. One more advice is that please listen to each and every participant of the meeting. This is a key to make a concrete and precise plan.
Hope all my experiences will have you in resolving your current problem. Let me know you presentation status after end of the day.
Regards,
Bibhu Kalita
