Dear Tina,
I received your letter yesterday and realise that you have faced some problem at your workplace. I’m glad that you reached out to me for your problem. Firstly, there is absolutely no need to worry about whatever has happened. As you already know that I have been in the same situation before, I totally understand your difficulty.
In my case, I was asked to manage three person’s work along with my work for almost two months. I was said that recruitments are in process and I will be relieved from the burden soon, but it didn’t happen for three months. Since the pressure was affecting my health and personal life, I took the courage and spoke to my Supervisor. Thankfully, my problem was heard and taken into consideration within a week.
As you are facing similar trouble, I would suggest you to speak to your boss about the stress that you are facing. If he is unavailable, at least drop an email describing the issue. I am sure your boss will hear you and have some solution.
Do let me know if you need my help in anything else. I’d be happy to help you!
Your dear friend,
Shilpa
