Dear Canadian Airline Service,

My name is Emil Jukovski and last Wednesday I flew from London to Vancouver by the night fly at 11 pm of Canadian airlines. My Identification Number is 10111111 and my flight number was CAN22022.

I was very surprised, and to be honest a little bit shocked, when I arrived home and suddenly discovered that I had left my hand luggage on the plane. I remember this because when I had caught the taxi at the airport of Vancouver I was only with my big plane luggage and without the hand luggage at all.

My hand luggage looks like a small-medium troll on 4 stainless steel wheels, black color with a Canadian flag in the middle of the troll, and in addition on the corner it was a small logo of the manufacture company of this troll. The troll was not from the soft material, it looks like Carbon hard bag.

This luggage is very important for me, because it contains a very expensive things like my laptop, my mobile phone, a very interesting book and in particular it contains my personal documents.

Please assist me in this situation.

Thanks in advance!

Best Regards,

Emil Jukovski
