Last year you attended a presentation skill course at the Sydney College of Australia. Your new employer has asked you to provide copies of your reports and assignments as quickly as possible.
Write a letter to the director of the school. In your letter, explain:
who you are and why you are writing
request these documents
ask whether you need to pay any fee for that
You should write at least 150 words.
Dear Sir,
my name is pooja arora and I was a student at the presentation skills course last year at the Sydney college of Australia. I am writing this letter to ask for the copies of my mark-sheets and assignments during my term there. I hope that you can give me these at the earliest.
Recently, I got selected by the Art and Creativity Studio company where the job profile includes demonstrating newly built sculptures, paintings to the prospective buyers. In order for me to start working there, I need to send my educational certificates and the projects I submitted there during my tenure in the college.
Would you please offer me a duplicate of my assessments as well as projects I did in the college. Also, let me know if there is any fees involved in it. I can give a pay order for the same. I appreciate all your help in getting this done at the earliest.
Thank you for your kind consideration.
Yours sincerely,
pooja arora
