Letter to council for the dirty street:
Explain why it has become dirty recently
What problem it has caused
Giving some suggestions.
Dear Sir,
my name is joseph, and I live in 218/219 Smith street which comes under your jurisdiction. I am writing this letter to complain about the litter and garbage problem on the street.
Recently the council has opened a new park for the community which is only half a kilometer away from my house. Various sorts of people come there, they often throw litter there. The problem is there is no garbage bin provided. The garbage collector van comes once a week here and they collect the garbage from the park and dumped it into the bin just opposite to my house.
In this process some of the litter scatters across the road, and remains there till next week this attracts rodents and insects which are harmful for our health. this also adds a false smell into the air which troubles us immensely.
I therefore would like to request the council to either provide a bin near the park or to increase the frequency of collector van to 3 days.
Thank you for giving the letter your attention. I am also sending a copy of this letter to local newspaper.
Yours Faithfully,
joseph
