You have lost your student identification card. This has created some problems for you.
Write a letter to the director of student services. In your letter
advise them of your situation
explain how this is affecting you
request a new card
You do NOT need to write any addresses. Begin your letter as follows:
Dear

Dear Sir,

Hope this letter finds you in pink of your health.

My name is Derek Bern, and I am perusing Geological Sciences from St. Peters College and currently in second year.

I am writing this letter to bring into your kind notice that I have lost my id card while travelling in a train.

Due to this I am not able to attend my theory and lab classes and ended up with limited access to the library as for all this student id is needed. I am currently way behind my syllabus and mid-terms are starting from next month.

Therefore I hereby would like to request you to kindly issue me a new id card as early as possible so that I can cover my syllabus in time.

Thanks for giving the matter your attention.

Inconvenience regretted If caused any.

Yours Sincerely,
Derek Bern
