Letter to manager
Dear Mr.Peter,
This is regarding sponsorship we discussed last week and I would like to give some options regarding the same.
As you are aware, we have local children sports team and they are well popular in nearby districts. They are known for their spirit and never give up attitude. I spoke to Team manager last week and I came to know they are looking for sponsorship as they are heading to Mid-west finals in Los Angeles. I believe this is the right time we can hit the iron. Since it's a final game we will have good numbers for the event and our brand can reach to good number of school students.
On the other hand, we might also think about sponsoring Local brand for two open-air concerts. Since it's a summer time here, concerts can be a good option provided we are targeting youths. I have attended concerts and they seems to have good number.
Considering both the options, I would like to prefer former one than the latter. Main reason being the age group we target. As we sell clothing for uniform and other stationery, it will be a good option to target school students.
Looking forward to hear from you.
Yours Sincerely,
Jones
