ou should spend about 20 minutes on this task.
Your-have a full-time job and are also doing a part-time evening course.
You naive find that you cannot continue the course.
Write a letter to your teachers. In your letter
describe the situation
explain why you cannot continue at this time
say what action you would like to take
You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to let you know that I would not be able to continue with the evening classes. Although I have learnt a lot from the classes, due to sudden change in my work schedule I might not be able to attend the classes. I hope you would consider my request favourably.
Let me explain my situation briefly. The project I was working on is over and I have been shifted to a new project. The client for that project is in Seattle and as the time zones are different I will have to work in their time zone. I have been told this is a 4 months project and I will have to continue working in this schedule for at least 4 months. In addition to that I might have to travel to client place for 2 week training.
Would you please allow me to drop off from this course for this semester ? I would check my next project in advance and register accordingly for this course in the next semester. If required I can re-take all the classes in the next semester and also complete some extras assignments.
Thank you for your consideration.
Your faithfully,
Thomas
