I am writing this letter to highlight the recent issues we are facing in Al Barsha 1 Area with regards to internet service provider by your company.
From last three weeks the speed of internet has been very fluctuating and simultaneously internet is going off completely every now and then. In general, availability of internet has been unpredictable affecting large number of residents.
For example, most of the school going children rely on internet for online tutorials whicha is immensely helpful tool to learn outside the schools. Also, as an adult I and many like me using Netflix feel extremely dissatisfied as we are unable to watch new webseries 'Killers of Mirzapur' even after paying membership fee of the application. Not only that, senior citizens too are not exceptions to the affected users, as they are missing morning Yoga session on YouTube as mostly internet is down in early hours of the day.
Hence, I request you to conclude the matter by increasing the bandwidth of internet in Al Barsha 1 area or by taking action you feel of necessity to resume the service you offered before this issue.
