There are two graphs which give the information about how many males and females get caught and the reasons during 5-year period ended in 1994.
The two most frequent reasons were because of drinking, either in the public area or while driving. Within 5-year period, there were 32% and 9% of total man and women were arrested, respectively. Public drinking was the top reason among the others. Almost 40% women and slightly more than 35% males were caught by the police. Besides, 26% of males and females made up half from males were caught due to drinking while driving.
The other reasons were because of breach of order, assault, and theft, were 18% and 13%, 18% and 16%, 16% and 13%, respectively for both males and females. 19% males and slightly less 19% of females were arrested due to other reasons. Less than 10% of both genders did not give any answer.
To sum up, the most appeared reason in arresting citizen was because those people were drunk in the public and only a few of them did not give any reason.
