My name is John James, I am a member of your insurance company for a long time. Recently I travel to London for a Microsoft project design in relation to my job.
I travel from oxford street to King's road using the train, during my trip I remember using my laptop Samsung 11.6'' notebook white in color, a 2016 modern.
l kept the laptop under my seat, to be pick up when I arrival my final designation.But I could not find the laptop in my laptop bag when I arrived at home neither could I remember the carriage number of the train I enter in other to look for the laptop.
I went back to the train station to inquired about my missing laptop, but all effort prove abortive without success. I would appreciate if my missing laptop could be replace as soon as possible to enable me get back to work. It will be difficult for me to work and concentrate without my laptop because each day I stay away from my laptop I loss five thousand pounds.
Please Mr Sam, I will appreciate if your insurance company can treat this matter urgently so that I can get back to work as soon as possible.
