Making fundamental infrastructures in order to encourage people to exercise regularly for the health can be only a small part of helping them to think about their body. Therefore, there are many reasons preventing human beings to have healthy body: from life conditions to kinds of food that they consume.
For covering daily expenses, people have to work, but pressures and stresses from their employers and bosses would affect their mental health and make psychological disorders. Therefore, this unavoidable conditions cause to not think about their bodies and using sport facilities cannot be considered as priority for this group.
Another factor is related to lack of enough movement among people choosing to go to their workplaces by public transport systems or their private cars. Furthermore, they have to sit on their seats for a long time and forget their body health. However, for avoiding such issues, governments can foster people to biking to their works and can prepare infrastructures to make it easy for public use. Also, air pollution can be diminished by using public transport and bicycle to get works, that is one of the factors which is harmful for public health.
Unfortunately, foods are genetically manipulated and it causes harm on people’s health but profits that industry receives by selling these products cause governments don’t think more about public health.
To sum up, for using sport facilities, people should have enough time and free mind that nowadays, work conditions make people more busy to think about sport, unless it can be take places at the weekends that is not enough because they prefer to relax and spend time with family members rather than doing exercise. Therefore, governments should do fundamental works for example, diminish the work times, provide more healthier foods, use electricity instead of fossil fuels, encourage people to use public transport instead of cars and dedicate budgets for these factors, on the other hand educate people the way of proper living as, increasing the sport facilities has a little role among these all factors mentioned.
