Something in an airport delayed you and you have missed your flight. Write a letter to the airport’s customer service department . In your letter include : - What delayed you, - how missing this flight affected you, - what you would like the airport to

I wanted to express my awkward situation I had during my flight to Dubai two weeks ago.

I was heading to terminal 2 to get on the plane and I was in such a hurry and forgot to watch the flights information on screen. This had led me to go to a wrong departure terminal which caused me a tremendous plight and I lost my flight to Dubai. I was going to Dubai for an highly important business trip. As I mentioned earlier, our company held a meeting in Dubai to attract some funds to build a hospital complex in middle-east. I was in charge of project manager to demonstrate our initial plan to our partners. Because of this coincidence, our company have lost almost $2 million which would destruct it's reputation in first place.

I would appreciate your understandings about this issue cause mistakenly by airport. I behalf of my company would request a compensation of $500,000 in cash. As it might lessen the severity of the problem occurred.

I am looking forward to hearing back from you soon.

Yours faithfully,
John Smith
