Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to express the lack of ample bus service causes Milford district inconvenince so I hope you can imporve it for all of residents around here.
I found the bus shifts are not well arranged for the Milford area. At day time, especially at morning peak time, I have to wait more that 15 minutes to catch the bus and because the long time waiting so the people are crowed, sometimes I cannot get on the bus at the first one. It happened twice recently, I was late to the office after I got on the third bus because the total waiting time over 45 minutes. The other problem is the driver cannot see us wave to him or her so it won't stop.
It bothers me a lot so I hope you can find the solutions to cope with it. Firstly, could you rearrange more shifts in the working day peak time so I am able to reach my office as earlier as I can. Secondly, please install the stop light so after I press the light swith button the bus driver can easily see and stop it for me.
Thank you for you in advance and I look forward to hearing form you.
Kind regards,
Joe
