Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am Lina , writing this letter to bring your notice regarding the problems bus facility provided by your company. I am very disappointed with the services provided.
I am staying in the line street road, every day I use the bus number 2334AD to reach my office. Even many students also use these series buses to go to schools and colleges.In fact the problem is the bus always coming late day by day so , it’s getting too late to reach our destinations. Morning time the bus is very dirty and the driver and ticket collector never feel responsible. We submitted the feedback form but no luck there are no action items were taken. Some buses need service as well as the AC water is leaking inside the bus.
I would request you to change the driver and TC, in addition if possible please add some more new buses which are in good condition.
