There have been some problems with public transport in your area recently. Write a letter to the manager of the public transport company.
In your letter
• Describe the problems
• Explain how these problems are affecting the public
• Suggest what changes could be made.
Dear sir/ madam,
I am the daily commuter of your local transport in the eastern Mississauga region. Here, I want to reflect light on the certain problems faced by the services of your mi- way buses in my designated area.
There are multiple threats that local masses faced daily. Firstly, the buses are not on their fixed schedules in the weekdays that cause discomfort for the public who are going for the work or school. As a result, they opt for alternate choices such as taxis and pay threefold of fare. Secondly, on the weekends the service is too slow and, in this winter, it is hard to stand for two hours to take up the bus. Consequently, these are imposing a burden on the pocket of folks and cause additional discomfort as well as dissatisfaction in the every age group.
I can only request you to surge the number of buses along with weekend and holiday services. Although, this is impossible in the shorter time frame but try to act on my proposal with available resources.
Thank you.
Yours sincerely,
abc
