Two weeks ago you bought a radio from a local branch of a well-known chain shop. It did not work properly. The shop took it back and said they would repair it. You have waited a week and still, it is not ready.
Write a letter to the shop to complain about it.
In your letter:
• tell what has happened
• how you feel about it
• ask them to repair the radio very soon or supply you with a new radio
You should write at least 150 words.
You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Begin your letter as follows:
Dear Sir or Madam,
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to raise a concern with regards to the radio which I purchased two weeks ago and it didn’t operated well.
Let me explain you in more detail. I have brought Philips radio from your shop on 20th August 2019 and invoice number is SDD456S. When I came home and tried to switch on the radio, the power button didn’t work.
I felt it disappointed as it was gift to my grandmother on her 75th birthday. When I visited your shop very next day and asked for replacement of new radio, the customer representative denied and said they will repair it within 24 Hours. I have visited the shop twice a week to check the status but both the time issue was not rectified.
As a solution, I would highly recommend you to repair that radio within two days and deliver it to me or provide me new radio of same model.
I will be waiting for your positive response.
Yours faithfully,
Tim Frank
