Dear Dhaval,
Hope you are doing well.
I writing to remind you about the suitcase which you have borrowed from me few months ago.
Remember the last time when you came to my house for Diwali celebrations. At that time, the lock functionality of your suitcase was destroyed at the airport while you were traveling from Mumbai to my home at Ahmedabad. While returning back to Mumbai, I landed you my suitcase for your journey. The suitcase is medium sized and black colored. Additionally, it has a name tag and a logo of "American Tourister" on front side.
Currently, I am in urgent need of my suitcase as I am traveling to Singapore for a company meeting with an overseas client. I have few bags with me but these are larger in size and it will not be feasible for me to carry such bags for a journey of two days only. I think my mid sized suitcase which you have will serve my purpose of journey.
Since you are coming to Ahmedabad after fifteen days to attend an engagement ceremony of our childhood friend Aakash, I request you to bring the suitcase for me. For any reason if it is not possible for you to come then please let me know in advance so that I can make some other arrangement. I hope this idea works for you.
