On checking CCTV footage, I have come know that your wife hit my car, while parking your car. That’s why I am writing to you to bring to your notice about the incident, and I hope till now you are informed!
Side mirror of the right side is fully damaged, while there are long scratches from front door till the back door. After consulting with workshop, they informed that everything would be covered in insurance. However, a processing fee of Rs. 1000 is to be paid against the insurance claim.
Initially, I was upset and angry as well after look at my car. But, form the CCTV footage, it was cleared that your wife was a beginner, and she was very much scared. Tell you wife that she no need to get upset, as I understand her situation. However, I would be glad if you pay the processing fee.
