Write a letter to a college Principal, where you attended a one day computer course and are unhappy about the way it was conducted.
-Explain what was the type of the course
-What happened and what can be done to make sure this problem never occurs again.
Dear Sir,
I participated in a one-day computer course, held in your department last week. Now, I am writing this letter to inform you about some of the demerits associated with the course.
The course was held on October 12th between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, and it was taught thoroughly by Mr. Brown. The main purpose of the course was to address the issues regarding designing pictures through Photoshop software.
Personally, I feel dissatisfied with regard to two factors. The first one was the low temperature of the class, where we were trained. I guess there seemed to be some malfunctions in the building heating system, which resulted in a decline in our concentration on the teaching material, owing to the cold weather; therefore, it appears to be a practical idea to check the heating system every week in order to prevent such problems. The second problematic issue was about the computers used. A number of them were crashed and out of work, so we had to share the remaining ones to do our tasks in the class, which, however, brought about lots of distractions among the participants. In my view, having some stronger anti-virus applications would be of great help to protect the systems and cause them to work properly.
I hope you put my recommendations into consideration so as to have more profitable courses in your faculty.
All the Best
Aila Salehi
