Write a letter of complaint to a company outlining a problem you had while visiting one of their stores. In your letter include:
what the problem was
why this problem has upset you
what you want to happen as a result of your letter
Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Sorena and I was at your store in Shiraza yesterday, 23/06/2019 and I became shocked by the unpleasant experience I had with one of your employees, Jacki Ching. I am writing to express my bitterness about his behavior.
Let me elaborate on what has happened. I went to the store to buy a computer for my son, Ario, who is 10 years old. I asked Jacki to give me some information about the computers’ specifications and prices. He did not pay any attention to my request and I asked another employee, Jeremy, for help, but Jacki came to me with anger and asked me to leave the store immediately. I left the shop in shock and without getting a computer for my son, which made me feel terrible.
I believe this is not the way that you want your brand being represented. Thus, I hope you would consider a customer service course for your employees. My goal is not to get Jacki fired but to change his manner toward customers.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Sorena Ashkani.
