Write a letter to the governor of a local city council who is planning to pull down a historical building in your local area due to the lack of money to repair it. Explain:
Why the building is important?
What can be done with it in future?
How to raise money for repairing it?
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to draw your kind attention to the recent proposal of demolishing the historical building in our area.
Let me explain my situation in more detail that the structure in our locality is an ancient and tourists visit this place often. it is been seen that visiting travelers here in this region is because of this monument and supports locals to earn some money by which they are able to fulfil their day-to-day needs.
I would like to suggest in future that it can be used as tourism spot officially where all the travelers should have the facilities of eating and ought to have some fun activities there. Therefore, motivates travellers to come frequently which assist government in long run.
If it is possible to get loan from private entities and persuade the investors that you will have share in it. I hope this will surely support both public and law enforcement agencies.
Thank you for your consideration.
Yours faithfully,
Iqbal.
