Describe the position applied for
Why the interview went well
Why do you need the results.

Dear Ranuj,

I hope you are well. you will be glad to know that my employer has asked me to relocate to your city for around six months to handle the launch of company’s new project starting next month.

I would be shifting with my family, therefore, I need you help to find a suitable house for us somewhere in south of Delhi where my new office is located. It would be better to find apartments within a gated community because my parent would feel much safer within the housing complex and nearby few good kindergarten schools for kids.

It would be nice of you, if you could shortlist a few places which meet my requirements by this weekend, so I can finalize one of them during short trip to Delhi next week for an induction program. Furthermore, I am excited to finally get a chance to spend weekends together playing our favourite sport of graduation days.

I look forward to hear from you.

Yours truly,
Deepak Gupta
