Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter:
give details of what went wrong
explain what you had to do to overcome the problem at the time
say what action you would like the manager to take
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the facilities and services your hotel offered me last week.
My name is Sujal and I had an overnight stay in your hotel on the 23rd of April, Sunday. Like every other guest, I came to take a rest after a trip. Unfortunately, the weather was extremely hot, so I tried to turn on the Air conditioner which did not work. Even though I had a fan, it was so slow and felt uncomfortable. The waiter approached me after calling the room service, but he was rude and impatient to listen. All in All, I had a nightmare staying at your place.
I would like you to give me a written apology, especially from the guy who misbehaved with me. On top of that, I need a free meal voucher at least.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Sujal Michael
