Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing to your company because I received yesterday a City Council 2019 report which need to be translated in German and send to European Parliament 19/09/2019.
This report need to be translated in German because European Parliament is based in Brussels and a diplomatic language there is German. However, this report consist important values and numbers so our council can apply contribution for making Vilnius European city of 2020. We are applying support to make our little capital in the picture of the world and more tourist would be visiting Lithuania which can increase Lithuania’s economy.
This report need to be translated urgently. It is mainly because European Parliament set us a deadline which is 19/09/2019 but we need translated report earlier so we can send it on time at Brussels by courier. I think if you can translate this report by 16/09/2019 it can give us the extra time we need.
