I am writing to you in order to seek your assistance, Actually, I will have to display presentation regarding my project which I completed last week and presentation will take place in auditorium at 7.00 o;clock on next Monday. I think you understand, equipment will be required in order to present in font of company employees.
As per instruments, microphone is compulsory because I will give speech and interact with audience, a projector which show all the slides on short film clips and definitely, a speaker can deliver clear voice to people. Moreover, all operators should be controlled by remote, as while presenting, I will be roaming between audience interact with them.
I require all instruments before two days of presentation because I will practice on these equipment and check whether all are working properly or not. After completing, my presentation all equipment will be returned on the next day morning. Believe me, properly take care of all instruments will be done by me.
